LMM Joins American Brain Tumor Association’s Educational Webinar Series

“Securing Your Care Preferences”

This introduction to end of life decision-making will address common barriers preventing patient and caregiver planning, outline components of a comprehensive advance care plan and most crucially, assist in the identification of values and goals essential to communicating care preferences to loved ones and medical providers. This session will explore the translation of those choices into advance directives, a framework for selecting an advance directive that fits individual needs, and advance directive storage and maintenance.  Following the presentation, webinar participants will have the opportunity to ask questions of the presenters, Celeste Gallati and Randi Belisomo.
