Chicago End-of-Life Care Coalition Annual Meeting 2013
The CECC is dedicated to improving the care of dying patients. The independent non-profit combines educational and outreach resources to build a community in which everyone can die in comfort and company, and where families and friends are confident that their loved ones were as physically comfortable and at peace as possible.
